- Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services as specified in the service agreement.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be borne by the client.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, or failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Meixian Tech regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
